These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Criada’s Website, located at criada.in.

By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Criada if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

  1. License

Unless otherwise stated, Criada and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Criada. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from Criada for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions. You must not:

  • Republish material from Criada
  • Sell, rent or sub-license material from Criada
  • Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from Criada
  • Redistribute content from Criada
  • This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof.
  1. For our Esteemed Clients:

     0.1 Fees and Payments

You shall pay to the Company a fee for the Services provided and the license to use the Company Platform granted by the Company to you under this Terms of Service and the Service Order (“Fees”). You shall pay the Company Fees as detailed under your respective Service Order. 

In the event that you did not pay fees payable to the company must be paid by you in accordance with your respective service order. The fees payable by you to the company is exclusive of the applicable taxes under the applicable laws. You shall be liable to pay any applicable taxes under the applicable laws for the use of the company platform and the services provided by the company in addition to the fees. In the event that you did not pay fees on time or delay in response(more than two weeks since last response)/ refuse to meet a milestone payment,  the company reserves the right to cancel or refuse the service.

     0.2 For our Chatbot Clients:

  • Criada’s Chatbot Services are exclusively designated for business use and must be used only in accordance with their contractual intended purpose, aim, and these Terms of Service.
  • Cancellations – In order to cancel your Chatbot service, please send a notification of cancellation to info.criada@gmail.com
  • Support – Support for the chatbots is set forth on the Statuspage Customer Support page.
  • The Customer is responsible for compliance with the provisions of the Agreement by Agents and End-Users and for any and all activities that occur under Your Account. Without limiting the foregoing, you are solely responsible for ensuring that the use of the Services to store and transmit Service Data is compliant with all applicable laws and regulations, as well as any and all privacy policies, agreements, or other obligations the Customer may maintain or enter into with Agents or End-Users.
  • Criada reserves the right to access Customer accounts for technical and administrative purposes and for security reasons. The information obtained in such a manner shall not be processed or made available to any third parties unless required by the Customer or the provisions of law.
  • The Customers of this Service declares that they will not use the Service in a way that may constitute a violation of laws.
  • Delivery- The chatbot subscription will be activated once we have received a fully executed Order or payment of all applicable fees.

  • Any Legal Disputes that arise will be taken up in the Jurisdiction of Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. 

     0.3 For our Website and App Development Clients

  • Estimates/quotes are based on our understanding of your requirements and as per the given time frame. Any changes to the functionality including micro-improvements may incur additional costs accordingly. Please ensure and clarify our understanding in a face to face meeting.
  • By accepting a quote, you agree to and accept the terms and conditions of Criada. Acceptance can be verbal, by email, payment of Initiation, signing a quote.
  •  Clients to ensure that we have included all requirements in the quotes/proposals/estimates and that we fully understand their requirements. Clients must provide us with clear guidelines along with the flow or specific details they may require. When such details are not provided, we will proceed with our understanding of the requirements and quote accordingly.
  •  At a later stage, if a discrepancy arises, it may lead to additional costs to accommodate the changes. Thus, it is essential that you clarify every aspect of your website development and ensure that you have been quoted on the right requirements.
  • The client must conduct all business through the employer (Criada) and shall not contact any of our team members directly. This shall result in a termination of all business with them.

  • Any Legal Disputes that arise will be taken up in the Jurisdiction of Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. 
  3. For Our Talented Team Members:
  • By accepting the workload and the quote, you agree to our terms and conditions.
  • We expect all Deliverables to be completed according to the Project Schedule. Prompt action will be taken if deadlines are not met. 
  • Our team must conduct all business through the employer (Criada) and shall not render services directly to the client. This shall result in a termination of all business with them.
